We aim to ship all orders received before 14:00 on the same day; however, during busy periods, deliveries may be dispatched on the next working day.

All orders to mainland UK over £50 + VAT will qualify for free standard delivery.

For orders under £50 + VAT, the standard shipping cost is £7 + VAT.

WHERE WE SHIP
Geographic Restriction 

Our products are available for purchase and delivery exclusively within the United Kingdom (UK mainland). During checkout, you will be unable to select a shipping country other than the United Kingdom.

International Shipments

We are able to make shipments outside of extended postcodes and within Europe on a case-by-case basis. If you wish to place an order for international delivery, please visit onail.com or onail.eu, or contact us with your order requirements.

For all other international destinations, please contact our Customer Care team at service@onail.co.uk so that we can provide you with a shipping quote.

Order Processing (UK Orders Only) 

For our valued UK customers, all orders are processed and dispatched from our UK-based warehouse.

  • Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding UK public holidays). Orders placed after 2:00 PM or on weekends will be processed the next business day.
  • Dispatch: Once your order is processed, it is handed over to our delivery partner.

CHECK YOUR ORDER AND SHIPMENT

It takes 2-3 days for the order to be dispatched, and we will notify you of the tracking number by email.

If you do not receive the tracking number, please check your spam folder in your email first. If you do not find it, please contact us via online chat or email.

You can easily check your order via the online tracking page. Enter your tracking number, and click “TRACK” on the page to track your shipment in detail.

OWNERSHIP, TERMS, AND RISK

Please ensure your address details are correct, as once the parcel is on its way, we cannot redirect it. All orders will only be dispatched to the address given at checkout. It is your responsibility to check and verify. Should any loss be incurred due to the input of an incorrect address or a fraudulent transaction, you will be held responsible as the sole bearer of the pecuniary loss. Note: Please do not enter any PO Box address, as your package can’t be dispatched by any express. If you do not contact the delivery company within 5 days after the delivery attempt, they may return the goods to us. Since we do not have warehouses overseas, these returned packages will be destroyed directly. In this case, we are unable to provide full refunds or re-dispatch the item to you. When the goods are delivered, you are responsible for checking that the order is completed and undamaged.

You should check the goods carefully for any visible damage and the contents, if possible, before you accept the delivery. Should there be any damage to the goods at the point of delivery, you have the right to refuse the goods and let the delivery person know the reason(s) for the refusal. Alternatively, you may sign for the goods as ‘UNCHECKED’ at the time of accepting the delivery; you meanwhile accept that the order is completed.

If the product(s) you have ordered are not available at the time of placing your order for any reason, you will be contacted by email on the same or the next working day. We will advise you of the estimated delivery time, and if this is not satisfactory, you will have the right to cancel your order without any obligations, and a full refund will be issued. Following a successful transaction, you will be notified when your order has been dispatched and provided with a tracking number. If you do not receive a tracking number within 72 hours of completing your purchase, we ask that you first check your email “Junk/Spam” folder and then contact us.

Please note that delivery times quoted are estimates only and time shall not be of the essence of the contract and all risk in the products shall pass to the customer or its appointed agent at the time of delivery.

Delays in delivery cannot be the responsibility of O NAIL as they may occur due to circumstances beyond our control. We reserve the right to increase postage costs to certain postcodes to cover our own costs of service.
